By placing an order with Kylie’s Cakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments

• A deposit may be required for custom orders.

• Full payment must be completed before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.

Custom Designs
We work hard to bring your vision to life. While inspiration photos may be provided, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. All cakes and desserts are handcrafted and may vary slightly.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup may not qualify for refunds.

• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, refunds will not be issued.

Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information.
Once an order leaves our possession, Kylie’s Cakes is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.

Allergy Disclaimer
Products may contain or come into contact with:

• Milk

• Eggs

• Wheat

• Soy

• Peanuts

• Tree nuts

We are not an allergen-free kitchen.

Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, and designs created by Kylie’s Cakes may not be copied or used without permission.
